Adding Co-Teacher to GoGuardian Teacher

Steps to Add a Co-Teacher

1. Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings (gear icon) for the class you wish to share.
2. Add Co-teacher Option: Click the Add Co-teachers tab or button.
3. Search and Add: Type the user's name or email to search for them within your organization, then click Add Teacher.
4. Assign Permissions: Choose the appropriate role from the dropdown menu:
   
   
   
   
   • Owner: Same permissions as the primary teacher.
   
   
   • Teacher: Can manage sessions and scenes.
   
   
   • Helper: Limited access, usually for observers or aides.
   
   

Important Notes

• Account Required: If a user does not appear in the search, they may not have a GoGuardian account. A Super User must create one at manage.goguardian.com.
• Remove Co-Teachers: To change a co-teacher, you must remove the existing one via the same menu and add a new one.
• Alternatives: Co-teachers can also be managed through the Active Classrooms page. Here are the steps to add them as a Co-Teacher and adjust their privileges.
